[texworks] new Windows and Mac snapshots

Once again, there are new snapshots (from svn rev.161) for Windows and  
OS X available from the Download tab on the texworks project at Google  
Code. (I see some people have already downloaded the new builds.)

Among other things, there is now a "Tags" panel for navigating the  
source file; this detects LaTeX sectioning commands, as well as  
TeXShop-style "%:<bookmark>" comments. (See Window/Show/Tags.)
