Not exactly what you've asked, but what about using auto-pst-pdf or
pstool to do the latex/PStricks, and enabling shell escape in TeXworks?

On the other hand, you could define a short script to do everything and
add it to the list in TeXworks.  You don't say what OS you use, so of
course the detail may vary a bit.
