[texworks] TeXworks for Ubuntu

Hello everyone,

there is a TeXworks package for Ubuntu I started to maintain. Just add
"deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/martin-texberatung/ubuntu hardy main"
to your apt sources. As this is my first Ubuntu package I appreciate 
every comment.

As long as there is no real version 0.1 the package will have 0.0.0.rn 
where rn is the actual revision number of the source code.
