[texshop] texshop Digest, Vol 10, Issue 3

Good morning —

I’ve just done 30 runs consecutive runs of an 800 page textbook — and not one hang! :-)

This book had been *very* hang prone under previous versions (hard to get 3 consecutive compiles), so this looks like a fix to me.

I did not change any settings, just ran it the way it unzipped. Sierra 10.14.6.

Cheers,
John Lienhard

Folks,

There is a new test version of TeXShop at

I'm hoping this version improves or fixes the "hang bug". I haven't tested this very much, and I'll wait for reports from you. If behavior improves, I'll explain the change.
