<div class="x_moz-cite-prefix">Hallo Pietro — I cannot help with your question (I do not use BibLaTeX) but I have a query, if I may ?  Why the en-dash in McGraw--Hill ?  This should be a conventional typographic hyphen (U+002D), should it not ?<br>
