<p class="MsoNormal">I would be grateful if you could help me install palatino fonts in I my Windows 10 machine with TexLive 2019 fresh installed (yesterday).<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I am trying to compile the attached template to format a paper I want to submit. However, I can not compile it because I do not manage to install palatino font.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The template directs to <a href="https://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/fonts/psfonts/psnfss-source/palatino/">
THIS</a> CTAN repository. <o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">The steps I tried are:<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Run the <span style="background:silver;mso-highlight:silver">
inst.tex</span> and the <span style="background:silver;mso-highlight:silver">instx.tex</span> provided in the repository. ( 1<sup>st</sup> in the
<span style="background:silver;mso-highlight:silver">C:\texlive\texmf-local</span> folder and then in
<span style="background:silver;mso-highlight:silver">C:\texlive\texmf-local\fonts\tfm\adobe\palatino</span> and <span style="background:silver;mso-highlight:silver">…\fonts\vf\...</span>)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I am attaching the logs with some errors.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I took the folders from the <span style="background:silver;mso-highlight:silver">
makefile.txt</span> file<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">After doing that and running <span style="font-size:11.5pt;background:silver;mso-highlight:silver">
mktexlsr</span><span style="font-size:11.5pt">, no <span style="background:silver;mso-highlight:silver">
.map</span> file was produced, so I do not know how to proceed.</span> <o:p></o:p></p>
