Does Zotero or anything else work for cern.ch?

The Zotero webform does not work for any pdf I have tested
so I did not bother with this one,

https://cds.cern.ch/record/1056277/files/CM-P00062608.pdf

The best I could do with cern is mutate which AFAICT Zotero
does not do as a guessing strategy. In this case, as in some
others I've found,

toobib -local -clip
toobib set to ../toobib/toobib.out -devel
mjm>clip xxxx
./toobib.h546 cmd=clip p1=xxxx p2= flags=18 x.flag_to_string(flags,0)=show_trial paste_citation
./mjm_med2bib_guesses.h979 uin=https://cds.cern.ch/record/1056277/files/CM-P00062608.pdf dest=xxxx flags=18

>From time to time I find sites that Zotero does better and
some sites just don't have the info there. I can usually
add to TooBib from existing tools, although not good
with books yet but apparently LOC has that service for
ISBN. I'm not sure how Zotero supports "translators"
or fallback strategies but after a while you get a set
of tools - macro's or maybe make a new language-
and there aren't many types although many quirks.
