All the installation pages are on the TeX Users Group web site at 
http://tug.org/ ("Software" menu lower right)

There are three common choices for Windows:

1. TeX Live: http://tug.org/texlive/acquire-netinstall.html (read 
http://tug.org/texlive/windows.html first)

2. Plain MiKTeX: https://miktex.org/

3. ProTeXt (MiKTeX plus the TeXStudio editor): http://tug.org/protext/

For [1] and [2] you will need to install an editor as well. There are 
dozens to choose from.
