[texhax] spurious space with abbrevs.sty

It loads 1. moredefs, 2. slemph, 3. relsize. 
1. and 2. haven't changed since 2001.

\t at st@ic from LaTeX kernel should set \@tempswafalse to 
avoid this. Maybe it has changed?

BTW, the earlier example works correctly on my notebook, 
no wrong spaces.
