[texhax] Makeglossaries: nothing in .gls file, error in .glo file

Thank you Dr. Nicola, Ulrike and Uwe,

Sorry for my late answer, I was working in other parts of my thesis. The
problem is solved separately, I do not know why it does not works when I mix
it with my original template.
