Thanks for your response.

I am just using for my source file the natbib package to generate 
bibliography via the command \cite declared in the class file as super 
style. Also the options for the hyperref package are like that:

        bookmarksnumbered=false,
        bookmarksopen=true,
        pdftoolbar=true,
        breaklinks=true,
        pdfmenubar=true,
