I really don't know if it works fine with MikTeX, as I use Mac. I  
know it works with W32TeX ( http://www.fsci.fuk.kindai.ac.jp/kakuto/ 
win32-ptex/web2c75-e.html ) and that TeXLive2007 comes with XeTeX.
