[texhax] Announcing CrossTeX, a powerful drop-in replacement for BibTeX.

Supporting a wide variety of environments---including Windows and
Macintosh---is a high priority for CrossTeX, but we have not had a
chance to try it out and actually test installing and testing it under
XP/MikTeX yet. If someone would beat us to it and tell us
(crosstex at systems.cs.cornell.edu) how it works, we would be very
obliged. It is also on our to-do list right behind a couple of major
feature enhancements, so I should be able to get back to you soon with
my own results.

Sorry I couldn't be of more help; it's a good question and I'd love to
hear more.
