Tedy wrote that he tries with two systems. On one system, when this
happens during pdftex run:

> "Warning: pdflatex.exe (file ugqb8r): Font ugqb8r at 720 not found"

then he gets this later from Acroread:

"Could not find a font in Resources dictionary - using Helvetica instead"

On another Win version the first message does not appear, and everything
is ok also in the viewer. Seems you simply got the wrong file from him,
the one that was ok :-) He should check his paths...
