Which shouldn't exist, since the license for the TeXbook prohibits  
typesetting it, except under certain narrowly defined circumstances,  
none of which allow the distribution of the resultant file.

If you want a copy of the _The TeXbook_, purchase it, or check it out  
of a library (or look at the raw code).

If you need a freely distributed Plain TeX tutorial, there're two,  
_TeX for the Impatient_ and A Gentle Introduction to TeX:



For more advanced reference there's Victor Eijkhout's _TeX by Topic_:
