[texhax] Metafont graphic display under X11

I compiled teTeX 2.0.2 under Mac OS X 10.3 with X11.  `mfw cmr10'
works fine, just like under Linux.

mf and mfw are a same binary.  `mf cmr10' shoud work the same way.
