the bibliography environment is defined in your class file.  some
aspects of its appearance are parameterised (for example, you can easily
change the section title it uses).  as a general rule it's a good idea
to suggest _what_ changes you want to make when asking a question like
this...

it does, surely?  the biblio is just a starred section in an
article(-alike) class, and a starred chapter in a report/book(-alike)
class.
