[texdoc] tabular

I have tried "texdoc tabular".
 
What I get is a document named Tabulars with eledmac. Why?
 
I would fully understand a newbie typing "texdoc tabular":
shouldn't the tool directly link to the section 8.23 (tabular) of LaTeX2e: An unofficial reference manual ?
This would be really helpful!
 
Obviously, texdoc would have to provide the same feature for "$ texdoc minipage", "$ texdoc picture" and so on.
