[texdoc] [bug #363] texdoc -l --help fails

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #363 (project texdoc):

the cases are not exactly the same, because -l is a valid option while
--fooble is not. 

anyway, i agree you can make a theoretical argument that the current behavior
is ok. but in practice, i do alias texdoc="texdoc -l" on servers, but i still
want texdoc --help to work normally. 

probably i will never find time to implement it (the --help logic seemed less
than crystalline to me), but it would be useful.
