I can't reproduce with my TL install freshly updated from tlnet and tlcontrib
either. Philipp, which revisions of texdoc and luatex are you using? Here is
what I used for testing:

% tlmgr show texdoc luatex | egrep 'package:|revision:'
package:     texdoc
revision:    20776
package:     luatex
revision:    21346
