[texdoc] no error on wrong command in .cnf

I agree. It's already supposed to give a warning about bad values for
know keys, but it should warn about unknown keys too, yep.

Thanks for the remark (I know I thought of that at some point, but it
didn't get formally written in my todo-list, so I forgot it).
