[tex4ht] strange domfilter: Error context: when putting minipage around subsubsection

This is simple. If you split your pages into subsubsections, the start tags
for minipage will be in one file, and end tags in another. This is why you
get a DOM error. You will get this error with any environment that produces
tags at the beginning and at the end when you split it in the middle.
