[tex4ht] [bug #648] Using listings package with texcl option enabled breaks comment rendering

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #648 (project tex4ht):

Try to remove \lsthk at OutputBox and \lsthk at PostOutut from the config file. It
will remove the syntax highlighting, I think it is the only thing that could
cause such issue. If it prevents the fatal error, I will try to come with
another solution.
