[tex4ht] What would it take to fix tex4ht limitation of 65536 DVI pages?

I don't know for sure if they do or don't use DVI, but I don't think so.

Anything that uses DVI files will have the same problem.
It's inherent in the DVI file format.

I don't know of any DVI-reading software that bypasses the two-byte
postamble value that states the number of pages. -k
