[tex4ht] [bug #497] spectral font support?

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #497 (project tex4ht):

Hi Karl,

I've added a new generated literate source for spectral. It was quite easy,
because they use Unicode codepoints in glyph names for this font, so there are
no missing characters :)
