Details:

I noticed that latin small letter a with grave is not converted to unicode
properly by tex4ht to odt in content.xml.

A mwe follows:
<code>
\documentclass{article}

\begin{document}

à

\end{document}
</code>

I used this command to perform the conversion:
<code>make4ht -ulf odt mwe.tex</code>
