[tex4ht] [bug #404] Using label/ref seems to be broken with opendocument export

Follow-up Comment #2, bug #404 (project tex4ht):

I've added the hyperlink fixing filter to the make4ht ODT format. It is
available on Github. It requires updated LuaXML library, where I fixed one
critical issue.
