[tex4ht] another strange error when using make4ht with mathjax mode

lualatex maybe isn't complaining, but it really doesn't make sense to
use tabular inside inline math. I don't think that it would work for
MathML either. Even if you managed to compile it and keep the table as
LaTeX code, MathJax doesn't support tabular, so it cannot render it.
