[tex4ht] Another problem compiling tex4ht to HTML using mathjax mode. Forbidden control sequence found while scanning use of \AltMathOne.

Because the math contents are being passed to a TeX macro that
converts it to a plain text that is written to the HTML code. This
normally doesn't happen in MathML or picture math output.
