[tex4ht] [bug #350] ! Paragraph ended before \:tempc was complete. tex4ht error

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #350 (project tex4ht):

I've already added the fix to the sources. I can see one issue with
`pic-align` option, as it causes that equation number is included in the
picture, it should be right aligned text, as in the other amsmath numbered
environments.
