[tex4ht] [bug #273] biblatex broken again

Follow-up Comment #11, bug #273 (project tex4ht):

Example 22 indeed changed upstream, it can be compiled without errors now.
There is an issue with generated index, because it contains page numbers,
without links to the citation. But it looks fine otherwise.
