[tex4ht] [bug #315] Invalid html generated for longtable

Longtable itself needs several LaTeX runs to stabilize:

tex4ht needs several compilation steps as well for tables to stabilize,
depending on the number of columns. In this case, as the table has 7 columns,
it needs 7 compilations for correct appearance (mk4ht xhlatex compiles the
document three times on every run, so it is needed to call it three times to
get at least 7 compilations).
