[tex4ht] [bug #309] tex4ht does not work with package savetrees

Sure, we only need to take care of packages which do something what
cause tex4ht to fail as soon as they are loaded. It is usually because
they redefine some LaTeX internals, which tex4ht tries to redefine as
well and they clash each other. It in not the case too much often,
usually conflicts can be fixed in .4ht files which are loaded after
preamble end.

Yes, message to the log file in \:dontusepackage makes sense.
