Hi Nasser,

nice write-up. I have just one note, but nothing too important :) :

in the .cfg file, part starting at

     \newcommand\AddFontFace[4]{%

to

      \Css{body{font-family:rmfamily, "STIXDefault", sans-serif;}}


isn't needed if you don't use custom fonts, this code is used when you
want to include fonts in the epub file or when you want to use
webfonts on your page

It is really nice, thanks for writing that.
