Details:

In the chunk "set dimensions of figures" in the file tex4ht-oo-xtpipes.tex,
the attribute "svg:hieght" is queried for, perhaps it should be "svg:height".

Also, below a hard-coded conversion of 72 / 110 is used to define width and
height of the image. However, this depends on the resolution supplied for the
"convert" commands (in the .env) file. Could this be made configurable?

On a more general note, a single parameter for mk4ht to specify the resolution
of all included images would make the whole process more consistent. Any
thoughts?
