[tex4ht] htlatex and docbook

nothink is done (no files *.lg, *.log ... generated)  so I'm afraid 
you're right, there is a problem in the htlatex installation :

I've attached the console messages (no log file generated) there is also 
a warning :

--- warning --- Can't find/open file ` -cunihtf.lg'
