Details:

If using the tabular, tabular* and tabulary 
environments with the memoir class tex4ht gives errors in the log file. The
rendered output is acceptable however.

Memoir tabular is based in array.sty
If using the array package and the article class, there are no errors.
Disemulating array in memoir and using directly array.sty again does not
help.
