[tex4ht] How to get PDF's page numbers in html output? (Accessibility issue)

I understand, paragraph numbers do seem to be a decent solution.  Do you know
what package/commands tex4ht uses to generate the paragraph numbers for its html?

Thanks, it's good to get a definitive answer on that, even if it's not exactly
the one I wanted.
