[tex4ht] [bug #154] error in content.xml with sectioned bibliography

Follow-up Comment #3, bug #154 (project tex4ht):

Thank you, Radhakrishnan, great, almost there !

Sectioned bibliography does work, although the formatting of the bibliography
is a bit scrambled (no line breaks), as well as the first heading after the
bibliography (compare mn.pdf and mn.odt in new tar).

I included the bib file as well, sorry for the omission.
