[tex4ht] html output

Hello,
I finally figured out what the problem was here. Apparently there
is some kind of conflict with the pdfpages package. I would never
have suspected it. Since that package is irrelevant for my html,
eliminating it solves the problem. I finally can see the clean
output generated by htlatex!
