[tex4ht] dcolumn package interference.

Use of the dcolumn package interferes with the use of the following command:
\Configure{$}{\PicMath}{\EndPicMath}{}

Example:

\documentclass[12pt]{article}
\usepackage{dcolumn} % allow defined column alignment
\begin{document}
\Configure{$}{\PicMath}{\EndPicMath}{}
\begin{tabular}{D{.}{.}{-1}D{.}{.}{-1}D{.}{.}{-1}D{.}{.}{-1}}
       -10.00     &    7776.0     &     -10.00     &      8.0         \\
        -5.00     &    19.5       &      -5.00     &      1.25        \\
\end{tabular}
\end{document}

compiled with htlatex test in TeXLive produces the following error message:


! Extra }, or forgotten \endgroup.
\o:endarray: ->\crcr \egroup \egroup
                                     \@arrayright \gdef \@preamble {}
l.48 \end{tabular}

Removal of the \Configure allows the file to run properly,
but the columns are not properly aligned on the decimal places.

Is this a known problem?
Any possible solutions?
