[tex4ht] [tex-live] TeX4ht does not work properly with default TeXLiveWindows install

Perhaps there's something can be done then, but it sounds like some
development and testing would be needed.  Here's hoping!

You also make very productive hidden use of Perl I believe.
In any case, the TeX4ht package managers will have to chime in.
Who's "responsible" for TeX4ht right now?
I'm fully intending on stress testing the package with some
reasonably heavy documentation in the near future, and I suspect
I'll be running across certain weaknesses...
