Thanks for persevering, BTW.  I changed some of the web pages on tug.org
to go to tug.org/tex4ht.

At some point we'll have to regenerate the entire tex4ht web site and
ask the Ohio State folks to set up a redirect, but we aren't quite ready
to do that yet ...
