[tex4ht] Use Original \label as Anchor Text

    \anchor{some-other-text}

Eitan gave me the answer to this when I asked him the same question:

\htmlanchor{some-other-text}

We use this in the TeX Live documentation to provide "persistent" names
for certain places in the text.
