[tex-meetings] ConTeXt Meeting 2018

Hi all,

It is early days yet (website is not finished), but we have at least set the dates
and location for the: 

12th International ConTeXt meeting

  September 2–8 (Sun–Sat), 2018
  Prague–Sibřina, Czech Republic

Registration is not open yet, but we would appreciate being included in any LUG 
calendar updates.
