It seems that with the upgrade to TeXlive 2023 Heiko Oberdiek's \LetLtxMacro does not work anymore.<br>
I reported this at <a href="https://github.com/ho-tex/letltxmacro" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://github.com/ho-tex/letltxmacro</a> – but AFAIK Heiko is not (very) active anymore?<br>

Thus, is it clear what happened here in (La)TeX and how one could \let such commands as \autoref ?<br>
