By far the biggest change is that (as promised/threatened since last<br>
year) the Windows binaries are now 64-bit, and in a new directory<br>
bin/windows. The bin/win32 directory is gone. Hope it does not cause too<br>
many problems. Thanks to Siep and Akira for making that happen.<br>

Normal package updates sent to CTAN will be installed in both the<br>
