To get this I copied my fully uptodate /usr/local/texlive/2022 folder to 2023, changed my PATH to point to the new 2023 folder, downloaded the <span style="font-family:monospace"><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);background-color:rgb(255,255,255)">update-tlmgr-latest.sh script</span>. It ran without issues. By far the biggest change is that (as promised/threatened since last<br>
year) the Windows binaries are now 64-bit, and in a new directory<br>
bin/windows. The bin/win32 directory is gone. Hope it does not cause too<br>
many problems. Thanks to Siep and Akira for making that happen.<br>

Normal package updates sent to CTAN will be installed in both the<br>
pretest and the regular (tlnet) repository for a while. --thanks, karl.<br>
