these fonts can be used freely even in commercial environments but<br>
there are restrictions regarding distribution. Most of the licenses<br>
forbid taking money for the distribution.<br>

If you are thinking about re-distribution you have to read the<br>
licenses carefully. See<br>

Once the fonts are installed you can access their licenses with<br>

texdoc -l <fontpackage><br>

I'm not a lawyer but I think that if your customer really needs fonts<br>
supported by getnonfreefonts you could give him a script which<br>
installs them on his machine. This way you are not distributing the<br>
fonts but your customer installs them without violating licenses.<br>
<br>
As far as getnonfreefonts is concerned you can be sure that I'll never<br>
support fonts which can't be *used* freely.<br>
