    <p>Tried to get a binary and then to make a tar.xz package with it,
      by downloading the standard tar.gz package for the file and
      substituting the patched executable `dvisvgm`.</p>
    <p>This works, however:</p>
    <p>- tlmgr gives a weird warning:
      TeXLive::TLUtils::check_file_and_remove: neither checksum nor
      checksize available for
      /tmp/VjScgU1jD8/ujEJh0D00m/dvisvgm.x86_64-linux.t<br>
      ar.xz, cannot check integrity</p>
    <p>- seems strange there is not an automatized tool to built the
      tar.xz package</p>
