Greetings! I am new to LaTeX and am thrilled to use TeX Live. But I encountered a problem the first time I try to open LeX Live Manager, which gives me the following error:</div>

I googled this, and updated all my packages (including tlmgr itself) by tlmgr command line tool, but the problem still exists:</div>
